Our 5-step approach

At Edward Dean we follow a five-point action plan for every customer to ensure the very highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Step 1: Home visit

Our first step is a no obligation home visit by a member of our experienced design team. The designer will assess the room in question and listen closely to both your practical and design requirements and may make some inital suggestions based on yor available budget.

Step 2: Design approval

Step two is to invite you to our showroom to view our full colour 3D design impressions of your new kithchen, bathroom or bedroom based on the information gathered from step one. If choosing a kitchen or bathroom specific details may need to be discussed at this stage in relation to product ranges and appliances. Based on your choices your designer will generate a quote for your consideration, which can be further revised if required based on your budget.

Step 3: Order placement

Once designs have been finalised to your complete satisfaction and to your available budget you are ready to place the order. For your total piece of mind your designer will generate a detailed order including cost breakdown for full installation and any plumbing, building and electrical work as previously agreed.

Step 4: Technical survey

Prior to any installation Edward Dean carries out a full technical survey to ensure every detail has been considered and the work can proceed smoothly.

Step 5: Installation

Edward Dean will arrange a suitable date for installation work to commence and will then advise your on the estimatd date for completion. Our installation team will ensure all plumbing, electrical and joinery work (where required) is completed to the very highest standards of quality - to ensure your complete satisfaction.
